Position Overview – Sales Manager
We’re looking for a results-driven, proactive, and experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of closing deals in the facility management or allied services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors (corporate offices, IT parks, factories, real estate, banks, etc.)
- ✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships at decision-making levels (Admin, Procurement, HR Heads)
- ✅ Generate leads independently through field visits, cold calls, networking, references, and industry events
- ✅ Prepare customized proposals and quotations, handle negotiations, and close contracts
- ✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new accounts
- ✅ Maintain records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting formats
- ✅ Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets and report performance to senior management
Candidate Requirements:
- ✔️ Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in B2B sales/business development in Facility Management / Staffing / Housekeeping / Payroll / Manpower Outsourcing industry
- ✔️ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of pricing, service deliverables, and competition in the FM domain
- ✔️ Skills: Strong communication (English & Hindi), negotiation, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- ✔️ Work Style: Self-driven, disciplined, target-oriented, and capable of generating own leads
- ✔️ Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
