Role: Sales Manager – Facility Management Services
This is a frontline field-based business development role.
Each Sales Manager will own a territory and drive the complete sales cycle:
• Prospect identification
• Client meetings
• Opportunity qualification
• Proposal submission
• Negotiation and deal closure
• Structured handover to operations
You will be expected to build your own pipeline rather than wait for inbound leads.

What will make you successful in this role
✔ You have real B2B service sales experience
✔ You are comfortable doing field-based selling and client meetings

✔ You understand that proposal submission is only the middle of the sales process
